We literally had a heart crush for this property. We felt in love with the stunning sea view, on both Le Morne and L’ile aux Benitiers, and with this spacious house full of charming potential.
Freshly renovated, we made 3 very spacious and non-identical terraced houses of this beautiful property. Each house has its private entrance and its own stamp, making them unique. Thus, the adjoining rooms can be redistributed to the different houses to accommodate your needs.

In this way and according to availability, it is also possible to book for the 3 houses to accommodate 12 people and to enjoy to the fullest the swimming pool and garden with family and friends.

Combining the 3 apartments, you would have 3 kitchens, 3 verandas, 5 bathrooms, and the entire pool and garden for your own. The right section of the property counts 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms with double beds each + 1 tiny bedroom (with 1 single bed, avoiding the extra mattress in the living room, we though using this space would give better privacy). Veranda, Open kitchen, dining/living. This section can sleep up to 5 people. + There is connection to the rest of the property via the middle room (which you can choose to open up or not). This room for 2 opens on a private garden and has its attached shower room. It also leads to the left section of the house with 2 apartments, on top the penthouse as a loft, open living space, with kitchen, living/dining, double bed and fantastic veranda and stunning view on Le Morne, L’ile aux Benitiers and even Black River. There is of course an attached bathroom to it. The middle bedroom can also lead to the left hand apartment (which has also its own entry – so you chose to connect the 3 or keep them separated) this section comes with 2 ensuite double bed rooms. Open kitchen, dining/living and veranda with view on Ile aux Benitiers. The living room can convert into sleeping area, however sharing bathroom of one of the ensuite rooms.
